Recruitment Fraud Advisory
Portfolio+ is aware of fraudulent job postings and recruitment communications in which unauthorized individuals are impersonating Portfolio+ and members of our People & Culture team.
These communications may include job postings, screening questionnaires, telephone interviews, employment contracts, or requests for personal or financial information using Portfolio+ branding and employee information.
Please note:
> Legitimate Portfolio+ job opportunities are published through our official careers page and authorized recruitment channels.
> Official recruitment communications are sent from an email address ending in @portfolioplus.com.
> Portfolio+ will not ask candidates to purchase equipment, send money, deposit a cheque, or provide payment or banking information as part of the recruitment or training process.
> Candidates should independently verify unexpected recruitment communications using the contact information published on the official Portfolio+ website, or by emailing humanresources@portfolioplus.com.
If you receive a suspicious recruitment message, employment contract, or job offer claiming to be from Portfolio+, do not respond, open links, complete forms, send funds, or provide further personal information. If you believe you have been targeted, you can report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca. Portfolio+ is not responsible for any costs, losses, or obligations arising from communications or offers that were not issued by Portfolio+.
Portfolio+ has reported the known fraudulent activity to the relevant service providers and continues to monitor for further impersonation attempts.
